2) i heard that it is eaiers through ND india, is it true?
3) do they do interviews now, because when my sister inlaw came she didn't do interview

We had to find someone that he knows who lives in Peshawar so it was shipped to them and they called my father in-law today that it's back.

1 - afghanistan's cases are transferred to New Delhi, India now a days and the average time for 80% of cases are 15 months. But it varies for every person it could less or more than that time.
2 - Yes India is faster seeing the trend
3 - it depends on the office and application. some get it request and some doesn't. It's your luck.
