Thank u desighee jaan and yasameen jaan to be honest I love to stay in indian but how about cic should I inform cic about it ? And what
Gonna happen when we get ppr coz asu guys know we have to provid a Pakistani address right over all I don't want any delay in her visa case what u guys think about it I really need u guy's advice thank u once again
I don't think it matters because on the letter they also say if you live in India then send the address in India.

I don't know if you should update NDVO or not, I would update NDVO about the new billing address and that you two are there in India for vacation. Don't tell them you are planning to stay till she gets her Visa.

On a side note, I am not sure if this is a good idea for you to go to India/Pakistan now. I would be scared to make such a risky plan.
Even by just saying you are there on vacation they may ask for proof of you both coming back to Canada. They may ask a letter of employment or other stuff. They want to be sure you won't be a burden to Canadian government when they give Visa to your wife. But decision is in your hands.

Hi Khatera!
It was my husband who got interviewed and passed given that the decision is made on the spot either pass and processing starts or they reject the case. But in our case alhamdulilah he passed. Along with the interview he was asked to bring police clearances, updated forms, proof of relationship and he also was sent remedical.
Hi havehope2014, Was your husband alone in the interview or you also accompanied him, and you both had interview at NDVO?

You're welcome, I know your frustration :(

Maybe consult with your representative to see what they suggest. I think you will need to let them know about this plan because if they find out on their own they may suspect you that why didn't you update them about this change.

You could probably say that you want your wife to stay outside AFG because of all these suicide bombings happening everywhere in AFG almost every day. Then maybe say that you have gone to help her move and stay there for your vacation.

Congrats for passing interview. I am soooo happy to see your happy message here.

I would suggest have him stay in India and when he is asked to send his Passport back he can just give his Address in India as it has always been faster to receive Visa from India compared to Pakistan.
Thank you so much dear Yasamin jan and outlandish jan, my husband extended his ticket for one more week as I am still confused how cic knows that my husband is waiting for PPR in india and send him a PPR soon as still we are so confused that how long it will take? What do you think if I send an email letter explaining that my husband is still waiting in india for his visa an update Indian address also send the receipt of his remedical to NDVO? Can any body help me with please?

Oh he will need his Visa extended for longer because if he has not received PPR yet.

Once he receives PPR he will send his passport and the average turn around to get the passport back is one month. If your husband could send them an email saying he didn't want to go back home and send his passport to Pakistan because it will take him longer that way. Instead he stayed in India and extended his Visa but he will need at least one more month extension after sending his Passport to NDVO.

Again this is my own opinion I am not an expert in this. The reason I am saying this is because when I advise people sometimes I receive private messages from someone saying I shouldn't give wrong information. But it's something I think would work but I can't guarantee it.

Hi Khatera, from my point of view, your husband should go back to Afghanistan and submit his passport to ISL when he get PPR, it is normal procedure and everyone gone through this process apart from those who were in India from beginning, if your husband want to send an amendment letter regarding changes in his address at this critical stage, have you ever thought about impact of it? such us delay in your application, probably they ignore your email or response late, choice is yours, I just gave you my opinion, your case already concluded i suggest that you should not be in hurry and do not change anything. also it does not matter either your husband want to submit his passport from India or ISL, the time frame for issue of visa is almost same.
