Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

Salam everyone

So i received my notes and it shows my medical status is "sent". I dont know what this mean. I did remed in july and it has been 4 months but no indication of whether they have received it or not.

I spoke to an indian brother who sponsored his wife from india and he just came with his wife a few days ago. He had visited the visa office in new delhi and he was telling me how laid back the people who look at applicants are. He mentioned how they dont give a ! @ #$ about the applicant. They have the ability to complete an application whether its from india or afghanistan within 5 months. But they deliberately take their sweet time. He also told me how stubborn they are and that they can rip a page out of your application and request another one just to delay your application. Most of them are Indians from canada working in NDVO. Im not saying all of them are like this.

Im going to see an mp to know what fcr mailbox is and inquire about my remed results...

I know it's just horrible ! I got my notes too mine is everything approved and done still waiting

At the end of ur note usually the last pages! First stage a officer reviews your file and recommends a waiver then next stage a case analyst will approve it ! In your notes you will see long paragraphs

Dear Sadaf, in your note how many comments are given? 1 or 2. I am not sure if I am right, when the second officer give comment, it means decision is made on file. so you have one or two comments in your note ?

No, I didn't sign it.

I just made sure to have a subject for example:

RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE
CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION

Salam Nick dear, I got a call from MP today, which make me so sad she said your file is under background check. And the medical has been received. They didn't reviewed it yet. She said if you don't hear anything tell January 2015 let me know. You know this things I hearing since I did first mp inquiry last year same time. I think they just keep us wait. For how long they do background check omg all our life.... I am so upset to hear that. Any ways I told you and sadafi that I give you a update. Khoda komak kuna With us. Don't know why we the cases which filed early 2013 or late 2012 it take them so long......?????

What u mean but sometimes mps are not %100 accurate some of the mps don't like to inquir coz I have a very bad expierance from my pervious mp she was so rude to me and she never wanted to see me or do I inquiry for me so don't worry dear sister anjo jaan everything is gonna be okay inshahlla harchi nasib qismat wa abo Dana basha magan do chiz adami ra barat ba zoor yakee abo Dana wa degarash khakay gor so harchi Kay qsmat nasib basha amo masha all we do is pray and wait everything is gonna be okay inshallah

He used TCS and he was told that he can't pay for the return delivery and they will deliver it to the address he provided and then he can pay for it there.

Anyone who has experience with his please comment. Does this make sense?

Let me when your husband gets back his passport. i want to know how long they take. My wife send it on nov 11 2014 from Islamabad.

My husband shipped his Passport from Peshawar to Islamabad office.

He used TCS and he was told that he can't pay for the return delivery and they will deliver it to the address he provided and then he can pay for it there.

Anyone who has experience with his please comment. Does this make sense?

oh sure I will let you guys know as soon as he gets it back bakhair.

He sent it on Nov 12th and CIC Islamabad received it on the 13th.

I NEED YOUR HELP, If i go to India for my husband interview, do i need a visa as I am Canadian Citizen and have my Canadian Passport? I heard from my friend that I don't need and today when i checked web site it says you need a visa..... I have my flight This wednesday and only have 3 days left..... any body have any idea, Please help me with. I am very panic if I need visa and can't get one before my flight.....

When printing emails to proof communication should I print it from website hotmail, or should I copy and paste it in word document and then print?

Any suggestion please
