Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

On February 12, I received an e-mail from CIC-M stating that my application has been forwarded to NDVO. I was wondering how long it takes for NDVO to receive and acknowledge that the application has been received. Thanks!

Salam Abdul786 jan, I would pick Islamabad as the Processing office but they will send to New Delhi probably once they get it. The Islamabad office is still on CIC stating that all afghans will need to send their application to them.

Salam Abdul786 , Select CHC Islamabad, then CIC will transfer it to NDVO. Docs you would need: your wife's Police Clearance, Nikah Namah/Certified copy, your wife's Tazkirah copy along with certified translation, education transcripts, Medical exam report, copy of your passport, proof of payment.. These are just the few important ones, but there are lots more docs you would need to gather... hope it helped!!

Thanks yasmeen and peerzad. please let me know that how much time it will probably take to get processed the husband case if he has higher qualification and professional experience. anyone knows that can couple make Nikah khat in Dubai while there on visit visa.

salaam brother answer to ur first question is...bro none knows how much times it ll take to get spouse visa through Islamabad in their website its says 32 months but to be honest brother now days isb cic getting worst and worst day by day and all afghan national's application are moving to New Delhi India Canadian visa office god knows what gonna happen with our cases over there question no 2 about ur nikha khat if u guys getting marriage or u already got marriage in Dubai u can get nekha Nama from afghan embassy in Dubai but make sure to translate it in English in the afghan embassy and send both the original and the translated one which is approved by afghan embassy in Dubai and one more thing bro if ur wife is living inn Dubai it's very good tell her to stay there and u can sponsor her from Dubai if she is living in Dubai legally in this case ur wife ll get visa sooner than Islamabad . And I wish u good luck brother

Salam Everyone lets start Watching a new Series of Indian or English Drama, Which's Episodes will take more than 32 months more so during ongoing drama we may receive any post letter or e-mail like TROPHY from embassy side.
I like to make my attention & families attention now 80% increased to a Series running in STAR ONE or AXN Channel.
& Make Canada Case decreased to 20%. ( in order to get relief for some while & get out of depressions )
