salaam brother : sure u can go to afghan embassy they ll give u and it is easier than Kabul coz in Kabul u have to go too many offices too much headache everywhere u go they ask for money lol and once u get ur nikha khat than u have to transulat it and than u have to take to ozaraty kharija alots of paper work and if u get it from UAE from any afghan embassy or afghan consulate u ll get everything together in the embassy but u and ur wife has to have afghan tazkira with u

On CIC's website it still shows Islamabad for afghan citizens but you could call the call centre if you would like to have peace of mind

Select Islamabad since its in charge of Afghan cases for now, then CIC will adjust it for you once they receive your application..
