Advice on getting cousin and her children to Canada

I know I can't sponsor my older cousin but what other option is there to get her here also if I wanted to adopt one of her children also my cousin and sponsor her how would that work? Could I start the paperwork prior to the completion of the adoption? Any advice from experience is appreciated. Thank You !

My opinion.. Not a chance. I believe that the IRCC would consider it an "Adoption of Convenience" and reject the application.

The adoption is a no-go. As explained above, CIC will quickly flag this as an adoption of convenience and refuse the application.

If your cousin and her children wish to immigrate to Canada, your cousin will have to qualify independently through one of Canada's economic immigration streams like Express Entry.
