And as for 'new story matches the old story': it's all much easier if you're telling the truth and not a 'story.'
I meant for ircc, reading our "stories" -
From Google:
Story; an account of past events in someone's life or in the evolution of something.

Don't twist my words Armoured haha ur funny tho.

You gotta understand, ircc is like a robot. It has no past no future, no feelings, no understanding, no remorse,
it only has a few programs, an input and output. These programs or algorithms...whatnot....
They have a program for a Outland app when sponsor is in Canada
They have a program for an Outland app when sponsor is outside Canada
They have a program for common law
etc. each program is specifically written for the specific scenario and Visa Officers blindly follow it.
If there is missing input, it will raise a red flag EACH TIME, and then the program will ask to satisfy each of these red flags by means of.......yours truly ADR>
So for example, you reapply as a sponsor living inside Canada and you ASSUME that on your previous application ircc is already convinced that your relationship is genuine, so you skimp on the relationship proofs.
Ircc runs its program, sees that you love proof is lacking, raise a red flag and slap you with ADR.

Take away? If you reapply from inside Canada, you follow the same as everybody else who is applying from scratch. Dont assume anything, follow the checklist and provide abundant proof.
Well, that's not exactly true though, it may seem like that from the outside,

There are many ' checks and balances ' with the process especially after being transferred to the local visa office where the
staff has more experience in dealing with country specific issues. The visa officers come from many different backgrounds and
training in order to maintain objectivity. They have a program to follow with a certain level of autonomy and some just trust
their instincts more than others. You may be surprised to see what some people are willing to do in order to ' scam ' their way into
the country especially from some specific regions. Once they're here it can become a significant problem in the community.

I wouldn't be jumping to any conclusions at this point.
Just give them what they want and see what happens next.

Yes, to all 3 of your questions.
Also for an extra fee they would have given you a second notarized copy though, you would have to ask for it?
Just extra insurance in case one disappeared.

Then fedEx to the Visa office unless they asked you to deliver through other methods.

It's good that they told you to submit electronically. I'd suggest checking if they also want the hard copy you have, since that's usually part of the original application package.

That sounded a bit harsher than I'd intended ).

What I was getting at was that I'm fairly certain that 90% of what they are looking at is dates, specifics, presence or not of key required documents, are the documents of the required type (appear genuine on face), cross-checking dates against other documents, basic logic of what the connections are (eg. how did they meet and does the connection make sense), do the pictures attached for marriage and the like correspond to the dates, etc.

The stuff in cover letters and 'narrative'? Skim to get the key facts/dates. Another 9% maybe to looking at docs and pictures and any oddities that might stick out (eg pictures from five different vacations where hair and clothes don't change, backgrounds always the same, winter clothing in summer, etc).

All that stuff about 'we really love each other' or 'we really want to move to Canada because [blah blah blah]'? Mostly ignore. Maybe 1% to see if there's anything in there.

So sure, stories and narratives are fine. But mostly if they provide info that supports other factual stuff, or explains gaps/missing stuff. Outright negative if the story/narrative contradicts other supporting docs and dates, etc.

Ready to upload documents. How long does it take for a review of documents? I showed emails between me and the pet company from initial rapport to price and procedure. I have many emails but would showing 4-5 emails with cat company be sufficient? Also, showed three brand new cat carriers we purchasedand had around the apartment for a few weeks now so the cats can become accustomed to them and get us to sleeping in them. Took photos of the carriers with cats near then.Next,I showed a bank transfer into my mothers bank account. I cannot get a joint account set up until we both are in Canada. I also have emails from a BMO rep saying we both need to be in Canada to set up an account. I will attach that email as well. Attached my wifes and my resignation letters. I explained regarding their dispose of assets, we dont own the apartment here,we dont own a vehicle. Only assets left are clothes and some cash. I also showed a few jobs I applied for through email and got acknowlegdement that my application for each job was received. I explained our rental contract in current appartment ends in June. Also showed emails back and forth from realtors and also emails from different rental units. Hope this closes the deal!
