Do I included the addresses when I was a visitor in Canada?

Also should I now list the address in Canada where the wife and I are leasing since marrying last year

yes - all the addresses, including the ones in Canada.

When you say 'visitor in Canada', was that long or short term visiting? If you went and stayed in a hotel for a week, that doesn't need to be listed. The place you and your wife are currently leasing should be listed, though.
