What is everyone typing for their current address date: like "From" and "To Date": for the current address, should the TO date be: Till Present or Till Now or To Date?

I put the date the forms were completed. I think if I remember, it would not let me put in words. I would have put "present".

I am sure others will reply as well.

No, It wont let me put it on the form itself. I have added extra sheets and typed it on it.

Oh ok. I thought it was like that. I am sure that is sufficient. I did not send additional explanation for it though. I think they know the form doesn't accept "present" so if you put the date you filled the form it is self explanatory.
