Morning,

Should one notify IRCC of an address change (change of country or change of province) of the sponsor after the PPR?

Thanks

A webform change of address, yes.

But two q's: does the sponsor address change involve moving out of Canada, or to Quebec?

Either way, what will be the impact?

If you're sponsoring your spouse to move to Canada, moving out of Canada is rather contrary to purpose.

On forms you signed, you indicated which province. Should it be to Quebec when you declared other provinces - problem.

If I declare I'm planning to live with my spouse in Alberta (where I'm now) and after the PPR, I move to Ontario or Quebec, why is it an issue?
Should I then wait after the landing of my spouse for the change of province?

To Ontario, does not matter. To Quebec, yes, should wait until after landing to move.
