Hello,
I am struggling with IELTS I need L8,7,7,7 to make 465. Anything less, even 0.5 is taking about 20 points off. I have written IELTS twice already. Once, got 7.5 when I needed 8(Listening) other time, did score 8 in listening but only got 6.5(W), while I needed 7. So I am kinda disappointed, as it already has wasted one month! Now, I am thinking is it possible that I proceed with my application only mentioning * Spouse won't accompany* as it gives me required points even with current IELTS score (Clearly adding spouse cutting 20 -30 points). And meanwhile, keep improving IELTS. And when required scores are achieved I go update the profile changing it to *Spouse will accompany" and updating the latest IELTS score so that when CIC re-evaluate points it would still be same (around 466). Just a thought, I don't know if that's possible or not. just trying to save some time.
Any advice will be appreciated!
