Can't you make a new GCKey account and link your old application to the new account? I believe you should be able to using the Application number, and a few other details only you would have.
I did but saying can't be found.... but can I apply for another visa category and forget the old one..?
Call IRCC and give them your application number to see what they have updated or if they have requested something, find out what it is, and then webform them the requested file.
You shouldn't apply for a new visa category until you figure out what is happening with your application.
As for your application not being found. Have you tried verifying the application information using the other options? There are many ways to verify you are the owner of an application to have it linked in GCKey.
Ok, once you login to GCKey, you will see "Add (link) your application to your account" Click that, and then select which category and subcategory it is. Afterward, under the application details, there is a drop-down that says select one, select the application number and family name; if you have the application number, and then fill out everything below, then click search for my application.
Select the temporary resident option when calling, and the V option should be there.
