My GCKEY account is locked. How to unlock it?

My GCKEY account is locked. How to unlock it? I unfortunately answered all my security wrong and now it says your account is locked and can’t be recovered?
Please help regarding this.

My gckey was locked and when i try to make attach my application to new gckey it says you no application found. But i do have a valid study permit. Please help me regarding this.
