Why is nobody talking about the Glitch/Ghost Update that happened earlier today?? Nobody else got that? I have about 5 people who experienced the same.

No. I had this update only once. That two days after my application submission on 19th Feb. I submitted my application on 17th feb. No Ghost update after that - it doesn't seems to be any technical glitch to me.
