it may come in less time, CRA just says it takes 10-14 days. you don't want the notice of assessment, you want the Option C. I would think the NOA would take just as long since it's a document you are requesting from CRA. I suggest your husband call RIGHT NOW and order the Option C form.kasia333 said:It takes 10-12 days to get the form? Crap.. My FBI clearance expires 27th.. If I can't get it before that what do you recommend I do?? Include 12 months of pay stubs?? How hard is it to get the notice of assessment?? How many days does that take? I'm starting to panic a bit.
If your husband can produce 12 months of paystubs, then use that and write an explanation, as per the instructions.
You can always send in the FBI clearance with a note saying you've ordered an updated one, and will send it as soon as it's in. Or you can just order a new one and wait for that and the Option C form.
This happens to the best of us... our application submission was delayed 6 weeks because we had to wait for my husband's taxes to be finalized and then order the option c. at least your husband has his taxes filed already!
