? about siblings over 18 to sponsor - and other family class sponsorship

Just a question, hopefully I will get approved as a sponsored spouse for PR, if I want to sponsor my siblings but they are over 18yrs of age but not married or conjugal either, are they eligible?
I was reading CIC website and under other eligible family member are uncles niece and siblings over 18 and not married are eligible as long as I don't have a spouse or child eligible to sponsor. Is this correct or is there some kind of fine print I am not seeing? And my spouse is the one who sponsored me and our son so this makes them Eligible right?

Another question, can you sponsor parents, grandparents and siblings all at the same time???
Or does it have to be separate applications?

Now, am I reading it right also that the timeline to sponsor other family member is 31 months for sponsor approval then another 30 months for the visa office to process so that makes it a total of almost 3 years, is this correct? Is there a differnce in Outland and inland timeline also in sponsorship application?

While waiting for my sponsorship to get approved, can they apply as visitors? Will it affect the ongoing application for me to sponsor and their PR application?

If any one could give me some answers, would greatly appreciate them!!!!

You can't sponsor your siblings unless they are orphaned and you are not married and are childless.

You can sponsor your parents and grandparents after you become a PR of Canada only if you meet the financial eligibility requirements. You can sponsor them all at the same time if meet the financial eligibility requirements.

31 + 30 = 61 months which = 5 years 1 month. There are no inland applications for parental sponsorships.

Anyone can apply to visit Canada. Doesn't mean they will be approved. It will not affect your application for PR or a later application to sponsor them.
