I have done my marriage secretly while I was in in India but at that time when I go through the process of study visa I showed that I was single instead of married bcz the mrg was secret. Now I want to update my marital status, so what I have to do please help me ASAP.

A secret from IRCC is considered a misrepresentation which is one of the most serious infringement of the immigration law. You can`t update the status without bearing the consequences and I can't possibly imagine any valid reason to hide it from IRCC. Consult with an immigration lawyer - this is the only advice one can give you at that point.
I can understand (albeit to a limited extent) keeping a marriage secret from family and friends. But to say you kept the fact of the marriage from the IRCC because it was secret is a nonsensical reason. Did you think the IRCC was going to tell your family and friends about it? You chose to lie to the IRCC for no good reason (assuming there can be good reasons to lie) and now you seek to avoid the consequences. By all means, see if an immigration lawyer can come up with a way to get you off the hook.
