Now from which date we have to calculate processing time i.e 23 months?? Is it 23 or more?? :'(
And kindly tell me one thing more, This time (23 months) is for "Visa" or "Medical Request" ??

You will calculate the 23 months from the data when you received your 2nd AOR so which date was that ?
and 23 months means complete processing with decision.

2nd AOR means the e-mail we got from VO London, after sending full documents??

Then its 11-Aug-2010, written above on e-mail ...you people are expecting decision in (or near) Jul-2012 as sent full doc. before (or in) June-2010, so after June as in our case "What should we expect??"...

i am jas from india and i applied under fast track cateogry and received 2nd AOR from delhi office on 17 dec and after that my status has not been changed on the site and yesterday i have seen that my status was DECISION HAS BEEN MADE i am really get upset that was the peoples doing my total life was base on that case only .PLZ HELP ME dear saki that what it means there is no processing status before it . and one thing more my friend applied before me get no status updated it was still with application received.

What is outside? Is it "In Process" or "Decision Made"?

2nd AOR means the letter or email you receive from visa office that they have received your documents.

11-Aug-2010 ok then you are in the same boat.. my opinion is that you will receive some response before July 2012 as you have received the 2nd AOR in Aug 2010 and many ppl from early 2010 are still waiting!

Hi

Dont worry it could be a system bug as well as my status was also changed to Decision made few months ago but then automatically changed back to "Inprocess". I hope its a bug in your case as well if not then you will received a letter from Visa Office in 2 weeks.

My application reached CIC on 19th October under NOC 3112. Till yet i havent got any reply.
The current Application count on CIC website has reached 262.

I wonder what are the chances that we will make it within the current CAP of 3112.

Now i am getting worried.

zeeshan, i am on the same noc .. i just sent the file .. received by CIC today ... cap is 262 as of 23 nov .... and ur reached 6 weeks earlier .. you should have your CC/DD encashed by now ... inquire about that from your bank.
