Thanks nazarwaheed, but the point is we dont know either CIO increase the cap count on the recieving the application or after its evaluated.
THis year we have cases in 1122 having their applications reached in august and even then not making it within the CAP.
I will inquire from my bank tommorow.

ZeeCee

so your DD is not cashed yet ... hmm .. its been a long time your app was received. TBH i feel a bit concerned about your case. I dont know what seniors have to say on this.

I would say the given the current rate the DD should be encashed within a month.

try calling CIO

Dear Saki good morning!
How r u doing?

Now it is my turn to ask for you advice.
I passed my medical 4 days ago, and it is already sent to London.
I am on 29 week of pregnancy ( 7 month ) and expecting for my baby in 10 weeks. I know that my embassy as usually provide with POVL after 2-2.5 month after medical.
How do u think do I need to inform them now that we are expecting for new born or it is better to do it after POVL?
And will new born pass medical as well? Or they wont provide us with medical forms for new born?

Hi

You dont need to inform london office about this, once your baby is born you will need to send the application form, copy of the passport, copy of birth certificate with $150 fee to add you baby.

Cheers

If you didnt get the visa before leaving UK then they will still process your application in London and you will have to send your passport to London for visa stamp.

Cheers
Saki

thanks very much saki for your advice,,,, but saki you know that indian govt had the rule that you cant send your passport out of country with post ,,
