Folks i need your advice i had two jobs that falls under NOC 2281 on section 12a of the imm008-schedule 3 form i put 2281 as the NOC code however in the section that says occupation(section 12a) i listed both positions, will my application be rejected even though both jobs fall in the same NOC? can i correct the form and resend?

Hi, as they are both in the same NOC, it's not a major issue. However, there is nothing wrong in sending a corrected form for inclusion in your application. Just relax, all will be well

Hi, if you can get a reference letter from your employer which has 80% of the duties stated on it matching those on the NOC site for 1212, you are in.
FSW 2014 program will end in April 2015 or when 25,000 applications are accepted as announced by the Minister. However, there is speculation that the Minister may issue another Instruction terminating FSW in December 2014. We don't know if this is true or not but to be on the safe side, submit your application this year. All the best.

I messed up in ILETS. I received result today and my score is w6.5, L8.0, R-5.5, S 8.0

So i guess i already miss my chance this time......irony is everything ready apart from ILETS.

Can you please suggest what should i plan from here? .....what is last date of FSW14 program?

I am was planing under 2281.....please suggest. :-[

So sorry about the scores for IELTS but the last date for FSW as per the Ministerial Instruction is April 2015. Since there is no counter instruction you can try again quickly. All the best.

4- While filing visa, do i need to send and show proof of funds?
5- What are the next steps after sending VISA applications?
6- What is Right to VISA?
7- When i need to submit , Medical report+ PCC+ landing fee of C$490 ?

These questions haunts me , please help me on this.

Update on CIC activities
Currently,CIC is working on completeness checks on August applications
and charging & PER issuing on the previous months.
This could be one of the reasons we are not getting update for now.
They are clearing heap of applications received.

Hello!!! My mom received my WES credential evaluation report earlier than expected. But WES report indicates "College Diploma (2 years)" which means i will need to pass my application first week of December 2014. By then i will have 6 years of working experience and i will have 67 points. I was expecting that WES would give me an equivalent of 4 years Bachelors Degree so i can submit the application after receiving the WES report. Is it too late for me to submit my application in December first week 2014? My NOC is 3012. Please help... Thank you!
