Dear Brothers,

Please advise me on the spouse IELTS. In generic application form, I have mentioned that my spouse can communicate in English, but in Schedule 3 Economic Form, there is a ques section# 7: Is you spouse proficient in English or French?.. I have mentioned no since my spouse doesn't have any IETLS, will it affect my application or I simply mention in generic form also that my spouse cannot communicate in English...

In schedule3, no need to mention both, you can leave both blank because ur spouse will be good in english but didn't take IETLS.

I have received my MR, To pay RPRF and Also Police clearance certificate of mine and my spouse
But i have question that i lived in Canada for 3 years, so do i need to submit my PCC of Canada also?
As on the letter that i have got, its only mentioned about my home country India only

Hello, if you mentioned in your application that you lived in Canada for 3 years and you were not asked to submit Canadian pcc, I suggest you submit only what you were asked to. I believe cic would have verified that already and viewed your Canadian pcc. All the best.

Yes,you are eligible to apply provided other criteria are met please.
Minimum score for eligibility is 67.

For your information , I am a bachelor and have no relatives in CA.

However, I scored full points in Age and Experience.

what's this gap here ??

Maximum is 28 which is 24+4
for first and second language respectively
so if u gave english then it'll be out f 24. Plus if u give french also then +4...

Hi, WES will not give you points. All they will do is assess your educational qualifications and issue you an ECA. It this ECA that determines how many points you get as per CIC guidelines. The guidelines are in the Instructions Guide on CIC website. A list of schools recognised by WES in your country are on their website. Cheers
