Sorry my dear friends for this late reply. I was a little bit busy with the last minute rush and could not check the forum.

Thanks to qorax, mirza897, jnathan, Temasek, thejackson, Classical_beat, Pippin, arlnr, amay, igbehinadara, idas, Munnimehek, anil04_10, Olabisi2010, Honolulu, fariza and farima. I will always remember you all for your helps and support.

Special thanks to arlnr for sharing the link. Regarding the Dhaka immigration's restriction on carrying dollar, we are just taking risk.

As per my understanding after talking to banks, the legal limit of Bangladesh on carrying Dollar is that an outgoing passenger can endorse 2,500 Traveler's Cheques on his/her passport, plus s/he can carry another 5,000 US Dollar without declaration. And thats all is allowed for one person, total 7,500 USD. There is a provision for applying to Bangladesh Bank for allowing to take more than that, but a few of similar applications were not approved in the past. I have gathered this information from an employee of Bangladesh Bank who is very close to mine and also from some other people.

Sohail

and the outrageous thing is that the High Class businessmen illegally take away the money more than the total foreign reserve of BD which is $16 Billion, at the same time people migrating for their lifetime arent being allowed to take more than $7,500. This data was revealed yesterday by Transparency international.

Sohail

Again best wishes for you and all ;D <Goal><Ripon><BDskilled>....................... ;D
Yes too much rush at the end
Please from now on you should recheck everything time after time whenever you can until that dream moment 05/11/2010 1.15 pm.

I'm hearing that 1 CAD = 75 BDT in Dhaka. is it true? How much is it Officially? are you guys buying them from Banks or Outside?
Sohail, don't forget to take coins of CAD $1, $2, $0.25, $0.50 . You'll need $2 to pay at Pearson for having a trolley. They are not free of charge there.

All the bests and have a safe & sound trip! :)

Very cool! Have fun!

Dear all,
Its been a while since I visited this forum last.

We all are in Toronto. A really really beautiful city with nice people. We are amazed.

Job market sounds very assuring. It's not very difficult to manage survival jobs. But to get a proper job in line with the foreign experience, it may take a while or may require some local study as well as experience.

Hope to visit forum more frequently from now on.

Thanks,

Sohail
