I don't want to be a conspirator, but I also think they are artificially tuning the ITA numbers low to keep cutoff high. It seems like there is a "glass floor" of points where CIC don't want people below it get into Canada. And because there are no rules or transparency on how often and how large a draw is, they can do it as they want.Theo123 said:there is no draw this week because the ITA offers did not reach 800 at 453. i think they are really maintaining the 453 CRS level. so another more week, probably more that 800 ITA will be reached with 453 CRS score.
I agree with you.. there might be hidden rules not exposed to immigrants..but not sure they will publish this..TRUENORTH_4M_C2C said:I think CIC will start considering NOC codes sooner or later because they may not want to have too many immigrants with same sets of skills...logic..right? ;D
How can you say that CIC is getting immigrants with same sets of skills.TRUENORTH_4M_C2C said:I think CIC will start considering NOC codes sooner or later because they may not want to have too many immigrants with same sets of skills...logic..right? ;D
Depends on your profession. In many trades, it's very normal to have foreigners around. In other white collar workplaces, many HR people and managers would consider local or Canadian experiences superior to foreign experiences, plus a large supply of workforce from school every year, the result is those hired are either locals or have local education or work experiences.pixeldim said:Hi guys
I am new to this forum. I want to ask a question here. I heard canadian employers do not offer jobs to foreign workers having foreign qualification. Usually everyone have to study for at least 2 years before they can get a decent job in their profession. Or else they have to rely on odd jobs to spend their life. Is that true? Please advise.
