I am curious what people are putting down for question 9c in the new application? As the help (and common sense) suggests, one should put down no (if one is not including the days outside for eligibility .. i.e. if not a crown servant or married to one). However, technically speaking, putting down no is incorrect if one did live outside Canada. Any final word on this? I see a lot of people with this question.

Thanks Spfy. Found that thread after creating this one. You beat me to deleting it :) Much appreciated.

In french they write "Séjourné" which is very confusing compared to english "Live".

"Séjourné" could be used for a vacation. They should have written "Vécu".

Anyway I'm going to say No since we only left on vacation and we did not live abroad.
