I'm a bit confused about the PR picture requirement :

The instructions on CIC website say that the measurement from chin to crown of the head (natural top of head) needs to be between 31 and 36 mm.

Now, when they say "natural top of head" - is it including hair or not or just the face? I have been to 3 different photo labs and everyone says something different.

Please advice

The natural top of the head, or the crown of the head, is not just the top of your forehead - it includes your hair. So if you are looking forward seated or standing naturally, and the photo is taken straight on, the top of your head will be showing, not just up to your forehead.

ok thanks.. actually it's a little bit confusing with 31 to 36 mm from chin to head. anyways the problem is solved now
