Guys my CRS is 473 and had received an ITA in the 20th April round. Had submitted my application in late May but my application got refused because it was deemed incomplete as my PCC wasn't quite what they were looking for. The refusal came on May 27th. My application status is also Cancelled and not Closed. In the meantime I have gotten a new PCC made. Do you think I should raise a CSE and ask them to reopen my file with me attaching the new PCC or should i wait for the next ITA? I have also created a new EE profile btw so I'm already in the pool. Please advise. Thanks.

I recommend raising a CSE and attaching the new PCC - this takes around 1 to 1.5 months, so keep your new EE profile active till your old one reopens. Also, maybe post your question in a relevant thread next time to receive a response on time. Good luck!

Well, we all know that CIC/IRCC is overloaded with paper based (Pre-EE) applications processing and might also focusing on Syrian refugees settlement and as a result we're experiencing low #ITAs and high CRS cut-off.

I've another theory:
CIC/IRCC publishes biannual report with all the numbers/statistics and probably for the sake of making it a good looking report (with less # of 'Applications submitted for processing') they kept the cut-off high and now in the coming draw, which will not constitute the mid year (2016) report data, they might relax the cut-off and give higher #ITAs.

Just a thought.

First one is a fact (not some theory), so there's really no room for another theory.

By July IRCC should post a mid year immigration report. That should shed some light on the high cut off situation in EE at the moment.

Guys the Score estimator tool is super accurate!

Estimated at 486.

Guys to keep it accurate please add your details!

Much appreciated!

Seems like score wont go down any time soon, unless the number of invites increases.
