The last summer mid-year report was published on July 6, 2015, the first Monday after Canada day.
So we can expect a new report on 4th of July probably.
The thing is that figure are presented in 'fifties' scale, i.e. 400-450, so we cannot basically figure out how many are above or below 480 points.

From what i can find out on the internet, the report was released on 31 July 2015 with the data extract as of 6 July 2015.

Everyone here is speculating without any official reasons to support their claim. I would advise others (below480) to be positive. Wait for the CIC report.

That's what happens when your immigration system goes schizophrenic. Express Entry was designed to improve things, but the liberals don't like it. They aren't willing to get rid of it, so instead we get the mess that is the current system.

It would be simpler and easier if they just did like the democrats in the US seem to want to - deny all legal immigration, and grant citizenship only to people who hop the border illegally.
