I think it's safe to conclude that there would be no draw today. So expect it next Wednesday 27th

why are assuming no draw today and why wait until 27th feb, why not tomorrow ?

CIC says that 1 year of Full Time job is for 30 hour/week.

So, if we do the math, a 37,5 is equal 30 x 1,25.

11 months working 37,5 is the same as 11 X 1,25 = 13,75 months of a Full time Job for CIC.

Am I right? I saw somewhere that it is allowed to do this equivalency.

No its 52 weeks of full time with atleast 30 hours per week which is 1560 hours. You can't work more and finish it in 11 months. :(

No not at all...

CIC stops counting after 30 Hrs. per week whether it 37.5 or 40, it is the same as 30 Hrs. per week.

Yes, it means we shouldn't expect 3 draws in a month! At least not for February!

Will the CRS ever touch sub 400 at all? am one of those unfortunate ones who cannot score beyond 360 (plus a few points) because of age factor.

Not ever. We have way more qualified applicants with above 440 crs scores already.
