So, if we do the math, a 37,5 is equal 30 x 1,25.

11 months working 37,5 is the same as 11 X 1,25 = 13,75 months of a Full time Job for CIC.

Am I right? I saw somewhere that it is allowed to do this equivalency.

No its 52 weeks of full time with atleast 30 hours per week which is 1560 hours. You can't work more and finish it in 11 months.

No not at all...

CIC stops counting after 30 Hrs. per week whether it 37.5 or 40, it is the same as 30 Hrs. per week.
