Yes, It is a good idea to gather all your documents in the meantime so that there wont be any delays once you get your ITA.

Could we send medical after, as it is not required now? If I submit all documents along with PCC first and medical after 15-20 days , Is it o.k?

You can not send your medicals later. You need to do upfront medicals. If I am not mistaken, in case a woman is pregnant, she could delay medicals as it requires X-ray test.

Right now it seems to be every 2 weeks on Wednesday. You can view all draws to date on some cool graphs here: http://eefacts.com/ Also there are some interesting statistics about EE. So I think the next draw could be on 24th of February.

So the exact two weeks gap between draws was preserved.
