I couldn't link online GC Key as I don't have uci number.

Yes. no choice got to wait. The processing time become 10 weeks when i check on 10/Dec/2018. very worry as I am applying for Jan'2019

I apply from Singapore. Today, 14/12/2018 (9:33 am) received medical examination request from IRCC incl. application no and uci no. Now I can link & check my status online.
