I got a mail from CIC yesterday : Your application is now linked to this account.You can access this application from your account page under the “ view the applications you submitted” I don’t know what this is because I submitted an offline file on 29th Nov SDS ( May 2019 )

U must have written something or the other in your SOP which did not satisfy them that you will leave the country
