21st Draw !!! Nov 27 with 450 or less cutoff

I think cut off CRS will not be going under 450 before June-2016. It may stay below 450 for few draws but then again will increase when the PNP's going to add more people having 600 additional points. Very frustrating for me as my score is in between 414-419. Just waiting for some lucky charm !! who knows......

You could either increase your IELTS score (if your current score is less than CLB-9) or you could try to secure a provincial nomination!

So, there was indeed a draw today.

Minimum score was 472 only

An unexpected but a wonderful surprise for many people who have patiently bided their time. Congratulations to everyone who got an ITA.

I hope this is the start of a downward trend and brings good news in the future for those of us who have not yet go an ITA.
