Do You mean not started? Because not passed means they check and found You not Secure.

They asked for biometrics and Police Clearance - Sept 10th
Police Clearance sent
Biometrics booked for - Sept 18th

What's next and how long?

There are some stages in PR application process: Like AOR, Eligibility, pre-arrival, criminality, security and background check, ecorp and then u get PR card.
The process of verifying security and conducting background checks primarily revolves around the history of the locations where an individual has resided and traveled

I know what means not passed.
I think You refer to Not started. It's different. If You said not passed means that they checked and You didn't pass. If not started means they still not check. Pendant.

I got it. But pr portal won’t change. We just submitted the application from pr portal and done. We need to link our applications to the gckey account or call ırcc to get updates.
Thats why I asked. I saw some people are saying that pr portal says submitted. But no need pr portal after you submit your application.
