thank you for your useful information.l could not sleep last night.Don't worry, they will not be rejecting it, just upload the it once you get the AOR. Initially they will just be checking the 4 basic requirements that is ielts, graduation, employment letter and work permit.

I had the medical exam from study permit in 2017 (they can check it using UCI), but I uploaded the new one April 2021I think so.
Your OLD Med Ex may be looked ok to IRCC (even it is more than 12 months from your last applied to enter Canada)
