No, I did not get my new OWP, still waiting. Then the Portal come first.

I have a question regarding my situation. I had a pending TRP application(February 2023) when I received a procedural fairness letter (PFL) requesting proof of valid status or implied status. In response, I mentioned my pending TRP application. However, my application was refused shortly afterward(october 2023). Subsequently, my TRP application was approved(September 2024) , and my status was reinstated. I applied for reconsideration within 15days of the tr to pr refusal(October 2023) but have not received any feedback yet. Do I have a valid case in this situation?
