Hi Everyone

I have got admission in Seneca College for September 2021 intake. My partner is a Canadian PR. And we are going to get married in July 2021.
So can we apply for the spousal sponsorship from Canada and in case the study visa expires during the application process what can be done next?

You can apply for sponsorship from within Canada. Note, of course, assuming you get the student visa.

I don't know about the possiblity of extension or whether implied status can be used. How long is the course of study?

The Course is of 1 year.
And applying soon after the marriage will affect the processing??

Depends on other factors that you can show about your relationship.
If you live together before and after will be positive.
