principal applicant ecas status changed from "in process" to "Application Received", what does this mean?

I got this as well on march 8, it means file has been received at vo

i got the same email, i think all applicants did. its just a generic email

Ecas status changed From App received to In process. Although no new line update in the PA section. Timeline in my signature

my spouse is in Canada and i am in India he added me after his PPR. for my file last update was in April,2020
we paid biometric fees in april,2020 and its been a year and still haven't got BIL, common response in a mail that its in process. no update in notes
i would appreciate if anyone can suggest what can we do.

incoming correspondence that are provided has been fliped to received in bulk incoming information will need to be revised on next due date.

for me its showing "current status: Application/profile updated" again, it's because of the bad gateway error again

With Delhi still being in lockdown and the office closed for biometrics/passport services, etc, are they still actually processing spousal applications from within the New Delhi Visa Office in India? Or is no processing happening?
