today, a cic officer called me, but I missed the call. I can find this number on government website. Does anyone know the intention of the call ? I cannot see any changes on my CIC account tho.
i never heard of it i thought they only contact you by email or mail sorry its weird to me

Always be careful of Scams...

anyway, when CIC needs to contact to applicants, they will try to do again
you do not need to be worry.
Yes, that why I searched government employee directory, and I found this person and number, its from a local cic office. I will wait for their second call.

I searched the number in the government employee directory, and I found this number it is from an cic office in my local. so it is very convinced now... but thanks for the warning, I will be careful while getting the call from them.

yes, I doubted it before, but how come I found this number in government employee directory ? it is from a local cic office here. so weird but I have not gotten the 2nd call today ...
They do call you sometime for verification.
I got call once from oinp office at my work place number. She asked few details like my education and work place. After she told me about my missing document (Graduation letter) and told send that by email. I received email request for documentation after her call.

thank you so much for the info provided. but I missed their call yesterday, I am not sure if they are gonna call me again. or this will directly result in delay or failure for my case... hopefully not...
