Please tell me if it is worth to open express entry profile since i have 1 year of experince now. I have application bc pnp paper based. see my timeline below

Yes, that why I searched government employee directory, and I found this person and number, its from a local cic office. I will wait for their second call.
I called them back, the robot on the phone let me leave a message... so I will wait for their call again.

haha, I wish... but thats definitely not about it... I have not even passed the MR. hopefully, it is not something too bad.
oh yes. i think they contact you by email not calling. because they want evidences. you are right. but still i think they might be ending his wait.

They do call you sometime for verification.
I got call once from oinp office at my work place number. She asked few details like my education and work place. After she told me about my missing document (Graduation letter) and told send that by email. I received email request for documentation after her call.
thank you so much for the info provided. but I missed their call yesterday, I am not sure if they are gonna call me again. or this will directly result in delay or failure for my case... hopefully not...
I will suggest to just call cic and ask for the status of your application.
