No, it's not wrong. It is unfair. Now all of a sudden another year full of people are eligible to apply. I know you have to meet income requirement till parents become PRs. That is besides the point. This year should've been for people who qualify based on 2013/2014/2015 income because these people were not able to apply last year.deerestlovelybear said:This is completely wrong.
