2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 19, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on July 19, 2016.

After that I did not hear anything from them, is this a good sign?

Since you did not receive from them until now, this means the approval of your card is on the way. If they needed any additional documentation, they should have asked in no more than 3 months time. You are in the clear!
