2016 PGP applicants still waiting for Sponsorship Approval (SA)

"Permanent Residence Application Status" just changed to "In Process" today. Hoping for a Medical and PCC request soon.

So I received a letter today via email that i'm not an eligible sponsor for my parents because of my LICO. I am only sponsoring my parents but since I still have 4 siblings underage I need to declare them wether accompany or not.

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on
behalf of **** and family (if applicable).

We have reviewed your application and regret to advise that you are not an eligible sponsor for the
following reason(s):
 Pursuant to regulation 133(1)(j)(i), you do not meet the minimum necessary income requirement.
Please refer to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations below for details.

You indicated on your sponsorship application that you wish to continue with its processing regardless
of any ineligibility. As such, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been
forwarded to a visa office abroad for consideration.

Your ineligibility to sponsor will be a significant factor in the assessment of the Application for
Permanent Residence for your relative(s). A final decision regarding that application shall be made by
a visa officer and will be communicated to you and your relative. Instructions regarding the Right to
Appeal will be issued as applicable by the visa office. Please note that the Right to Appeal may only
be exercised after the visa officer has rendered a final decision.

I have finally received SA. How long should I wait to expect the IME, PCC, RPRF, Passport Request etc?

nobody knows, people are waiting from June :
possibly depends on LVO, which one do you have, I see Ottawa is working no bad

How many days ago "In Process" started? Usually "Decision Made" (SA) comes after 10 days of "In Process".

If everything goes well, you should expect to see "Decision Made" and receive SA in next 10 days counting from last Thursday. Maybe by 6th or 7th of March.
