2016 draws - what can we expect?

Hello everyone.
I am waiting for my ECA and it seems like I won't have it before december, so I was wondering does anyone know or have any information on how things are going to be starting january 2016? are there going to be draws just like this year or is it going to change?

That's a good question. I'm taking my IELTS exam on Saturday and sending the last part of my documentation to WES on Friday. I think the soonest I'll be able to create my EE profile is sometime in December, if not next year. If anyone has any info on this, I'd be interested in hearing it also!

AFAIK there have been no specifics on EE draws for 2016 etc by CIC. One can assume things wont change much, in the initial few months atleast. But again, this is speculation. Hopefully if CIC publishes an end of the year report, like their half year report, that might give us some clues on what to expect next year.

Hi sunshine , I have some questions about ECA if you could answer i will highly appreciate..
1 When did you apply and how long it took for docs to reach back at WES or any agency you applied ?
2 Mine was sent on 15th oct didn't recieve by WES and my educational forgot to sign the envelope outside but the seal and everything else is there, will there be a problem if there is no sign on the envelope?
I tried to track it and just says item sent to the country of destination../
Any help highly appreciated...Thanks in advance.

1. I have used DHL to send the documents on Oct 21st, it took 3 business days for them to reach WES office and then on the next day I saw in my account "documents received-review in progress".
2. I think that really depends on your country document requirements. For me, it said that all original documents should be apostiled and in that case you don't need an official envelop and a stamp from university. So I am not sure. But you can call them and ask I think. Their phone number is +14169720070
I have actually called them several times to check and recheck things. P.s. make sure to try calling multiple times in a row to get in the line.

1- for me, i took 20 days to reach WES (ordinary mail)
2 - for the signature it's not necessary as long that the envelope is sealed and stamped
