Hi Jennjj, there is no color update needed.. next color update is for in process or PPR..
Because not everyone receives AOR2.. Based the Color coding reference on the first row.. not the 2nd row.
Congrats for being one of the lead for a quick cic response!
I tried calling them, but since Im currently outside of Canada, they cannot provide further information about my application. Unless i go back to canada and call them. They only gave me email to send my enquiries from and been taking forever to reply.DanSlh said:Did you call them?
What about your sponsor? Is he/she able to call them?adrihunn said:I tried calling them, but since Im currently outside of Canada, they cannot provide further information about my application. I am the Sponsor. I am a Naturalized Canadian Citizen just on a vacation here in the Phils cause I just gave birth in Canada. I just want my husband to be with our son even just for awhile :-[DanSlh said:What about your sponsor? Is he/she able to call them?
It is for people like you that makes the immigration procedures so sad to me, there is a number you can call to get through to CIC, then just say you are in Canada, I did that last year when my PR card went missing. I cant remember the number but i found it through google or this forum, typing contact CIC from outside canada, I talked to an agent, you will have no problem doing the same. I will search for the number but if not I hope you find it.adrihunn said:I am the Sponsor. I am a Naturalized Canadian Citizen just on a vacation here in the Phils cause I just gave birth in Canada. Have you tried +1888 2422 100 ?
Ok, when I called they didnt even ask me if I was in Canada. Also as a Canadian citizen you are allowed to be outside of Canada! there is no problem with you being there. It will not affect your application. I am also leaving Canada soon to visit my spouse, what do they expect after making us wait 2 months and they still havent opened it yet.adrihunn said:But Im scared to lie.. When I call the CIC, there are assisted dials right? Do I choose the immigration and visa option? Or the change address option? They always ask me if I'm in Canada though ..realismsleeve said:Ok, when I called they didnt even ask me if I was in Canada.
