Hi everyone,

I have already applied for my wife's spousal sponsorship. But have one issue. My wife went to Nepal in nov 2009 for 5 days. In the supplementary to be filled for New delhi, we filled approx. days coz she does not remember the exact days, nor does she hv any entry or exit stamps on her passport. She travelled from india to nepal nd crossed the border legally. But as indian citizen she didnt require any visa..can this pose an issue. Coz we hv no proof she went thr, but we didnt want to hide it. Kindly guide!!

Dec 29 and 30th receiving AORs yesterday!!! ;D Only ~67 days processing time. CPC is working hard! Looking forward to January applications starting to receive AOR & SA! GO CPC!

I have this one question thats recently bothering me. I dont think I had the option to choose which visa office or whatever the application will be sent to. Did i fill up a different form? Or did i miss a form? :-X

Nobody gets the option of choosing what visa office they want their application sent to, CIC makes the decision. There used to be a form where you could select your preference but they took that away in November 2014.

Oh shoot, i just recently reviewed our papers from my copies. And yes there was an option to that. IMM 0008 - Question 4. Im pretty sure they just recently updated that this february 2015. Or did I fill up an old form. Which is (06-14) at the bottom. I submitted this january by the way. Can someone tell me if they filled up the same form?

IMM 0008 was updated in November and once again in February. Hopefully they will just ask for a redone form and not send the whole package back. I think a few people were asked for new forms recently in the December pool.

Though, I'm currently here in the Philippines having a vacation and wont be back for a couple months probably. Should I just prepare the new form and send it to my home address in Canada so that when my AOR comes, My sister will just fill up the UCI box and send it to Mississauga right away?

Does anyone know how ur supposed to send additional papers? Once I have UCI file number, I want to send in my original option c because I sent a copy. How would I label it? Or do I write a letter or something?

December 31st's have AOR. Looks like January AOR's should start happening this week! How exciting!!
