You need to follow the instructions on the CIC website for spousal sponsorship, it is too much work for somebody on here to explain all the documents that you need to submit. One piece of advice is that as well as a document checklist for the application there is a document checklist for the country you are applying from, that will give you specific information regarding documents needed from your country.Rinky said:Yes, it was arranged marriage. My parents and his parents were present in the court. With our parents consent we got married

I am not trying to be mean but this thread is for January applicants, we have all spent weeks and months preparing our applications so you will need to do the same rather than asking everything that you need.
I can answer your marriage question, it does not matter if you had a ceremony or a reception, as long as it is a legally binding marriage in India then it is valid. You will however need to include proof that it is genuine, when you fill out the forms you will answer the questions about the wedding and include additional proof such as photographs. Arranged marriages are fine, they are part of Indian culture. I would recommend letters from your parents stating that it is your culture to arrange a marriage and anything esle you can do to show that it is not a marriage for the purpose of a canadian visa but a natural marriage as part of your culture. The main issue that CIC are looking for is that it is not a scam marriage for the sake of a visa, provide as much information as you can to show that to show them that this is not the case. Of course an arranged marriage will need more proof than ones which are not and your processing time may take a bit longer but no one knows for sure, each case is unique.
You will need a copy of your marriage certificate translated and notified in your application.
Read through that link thoroughly, if you have any specific questions then it can be answered here. Good luck.
