As of this morning I am no longer able to login to ECAS using my spouse's information (application number). It was working previously and showed my spouse's home address abroad.

I did not click on remove access and it simply stopped working. I am however still able to login with the UCI number. ???
It is normal for SP vo.
They remove the sponsor's info when they start processing the aplicant's part.
You can put the applicant info and voilà :)

I submitted a support ticket to CIC thinking that something had gone wrong. It's the applicant's login that is no longer working.

Thanks for the reply.

One thing that happened. They requested some documents and I emailed it to them. I followed up 2 days later with an email asking if they had received the documents and if everything was okay and got no answer. Then the ECAS issue came up.

How can I find out if the application is moving? How will I know that the emails I sent with the attached documents were accepted?

All I received were auto-replies from SP VO.

Normally you cannot know if they received it or not. Since the VO doesn't email and confirm or else it will take them months just to reply back to everyone.

One way to find out is to order ur GCMS notes and u will see a note on ur file saying they received it.

Hi! CIC has this posted on the top of where you check your application status

"Please note that some citizenship applicants are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our e-Client Application Status online tool. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may refer to the processing times web page for an estimate of how long it may take to process your application. Thank you for your patience."

Maybe this is the case?

Hello April applicants, new updates? :)

Guys I really need your help.
I received my PPR last July 13, 2015

In order to continue processing your application, we require the following information and/or documentation:
 Fully Completed Appendix A (attached) for you and each of your family members, whether accompanying you to Canada or not. Passport details are not required for any family member who is not accompanying you to Canada.
 Original Passport(s) for you and each family member who will accompany you to CanadaThis documentation is reasonably required to complete the assessment of your application.
To ensure timely processing and facilitate your travel, we strongly recommend that you submit the new red-coloured passports currently being issued by the Philippines authorities as they are in compliance with the machine-readable passport Requirement of the International Civil Aviation Organization.

If we do not receive all of the above documentation from you WITHIN THIRTY (30 DAYS) of the date of this letter, a final review of your application will be completed based on the information available on file. Please note that this may result in a refusal of your application.

So I just submitted Appendix A and our Passports. Now I'm worried about the attached Appendix B. Do I need to submit it right away or wait till they ask me to submit it.

Your reply to this message will be a big help.

Thank you...

Hi Ash,

Got an email from SP VO requesting the police certificate last week and another document. We had submitted these with our application initially. I emailed it to them and haven't heard anything. Sent them another email yesterday and no replies, nothing. I'm in the dark right now.

ECAS still showing "Application Received".

I tried calling their office but no one answers the phone.
