So after months with no emails, AOR from cic i finally got someone who was helpful - they gave me my application number and i checked ECAS. . . .however now im worried!!!

We started processing your application on May 27, 2015.
We sent you correspondence on June 25, 2015 about the decision on your application.

???? we havent received anything.

Hi! Wait for a few days for the email/postmail. Ours took 2 working days via email.

The real wait begins! Your file is transferred to the country specific visa office and hopefully the Principal applicant gets AOR2 (some people don't receive it).

I received an email from my visa office (NDVO) on July 6, 2015 asking for Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) and police clearance certificates.

Should I consider this as my AOR2 date?

We started processing your application on May 1, 2015.
nothing changed to this date i callled cic and the agent say its in process any comment

Just got an email from Manila V.O for PPR, Appendix A and Immigration Photo Request. Thank God!
Last week before I saw this forum, my husband and I were so worried about our application coz we thought there was something wrong about it. Very happy to see this forum, it's a big help for us! Thanking everyone especially those persons we don't even know yet they are so willing to help and give information and advice. God Bless Us All!!! In God's perfect time we're gonna be with our better half very soon! Best Luck everyone!!!

--PS: Any one knows how many immigration photos do I need to submit for my visa application? I'm so confused coz there's no specific number of photos in the Appendix B (Photo Specification) the Manila V.O emailed me.

This is my time line:
-Application recevied: 29 April 2015.
-Start processing: 27 May 2015.
-Decesion Made: 7 July 2015.

How many days should i wait before getting the SA by mail/email ? I need it since i'm from Quebec and i need to submit to MICC to have the CSQ .

Hi Puzza! Thank you... I'm happy that our application is doing well. I just wanted to share this to you. I met a lady from IOM and we became friends. They sent in their application last April 8 but until now they haven't received any feedback or email. They can't even track their application. Don't get too frustrated lets just pray for it. I hope your application will be approved soon.

Thanks for letting me know you're friend's story. I hope she also gets an update to their application just like us. Honestly last week I was so worried, then became relieved upon seeing this forum. It was a big helped. I told my husband to call the CIC luckily he got an answer to the agent that they already sent an email to his old account. Since he wasn't using that old email for so long and then we can't access it anymore, we made an enquiry to CIC that he already have a new email but the change in email will be updated after 10 days so we needed to wait again not knowing what was the email..and because I was so eager, just 2 days ago I was able to retrieve my husband's old email then luckily we saw that he got the SA last june25. Then the following day I got an email for PPR request. God is really great!!! we just need to be patient and continue believing and praying that He's in control! . So everyone In God's perfect time we're gonna have that Visa and we'll be with our love very soon!

I am still waiting for AOR 2 from Port of Spain in Trinidad.

Congratulations to all of you that are moving quickly through the process.

AOR received : 05-05-15
SA: 25-06-15
Transferred to Manila: 03-07-15
PPR request: 09-07-15
