Hey guys, I have received an email last Tuesday asking me to send additional documents which I am trying to do and they keep emailing me with this:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that we can only accept unzipped PDF, JPG or .doc files that are attached to an email, totaling less than 5 MB.

Please reduce the size of all your files and resend your documents so they meet these standards.

How did you guys send the email for additional documents? It keeps rejecting on mme and I feel like they're wasting time when they kee on sending it back to me!>=(

I sent both pdf and doc files in response to the document request from CIC.

This might be stating the obvious but how what format of files are you sending them and how big are they?

We have been together less then 2 years - we married shortly after meeting - 6 months

We are both in our 40s though have were both married before. I have been divorced from my first husband for over 10 years. We didn't waste time since we both knew we wanted to be together.

We are both in our 40s though have were both married before. I have been divorced from my first husband for over 10 years. We didn't waste time since we both knew we wanted to be together.

We have less than 2 years relationship as well.but we have known each each other before since he is our neighbor back home.
We are both single with no kids. And he is 7 years younger than me...he is in early 40's.
we only have 1 full year of presenting the proof of relationship.

I hope so...praying all goes well God willing....

5 mb is not very large at all if you could I'd say mail it in because other wise you're going to have to send dozens of emails and even possible have to break up some files you have to send into separate emails. I mean you need 1000 mbs to make 1 gig and you can only send them 5 at a time so if you have 1 gig of data that is 200 separate emails. Now if it is something small you just need to find a way to reduce the quality of a picture or the size of a document to send it in. That I could help with if you let me know how large each file is otherwise send them 5mbs at a time I guess or ask to mail it in.

I sent them through courier since I am not sure how long it would take for them to process the emails. On website it says average time is 20 days but I really wanted to speed up the process. I have sent them my pay stubs, T4, job letters, utility bills and bank statement as well as an explanation letter regarding the police clearance and medical exam.

Which address did you send it to? I sent it to the address that they had on the email that they added on the email that I received?

I received a reply from CEM.

"Please be advised that the application is queued for review. We will be in touch if further documents/information will be required."

Queued for 2 months now...
thousands of line ups i bet.

I agree with pollen.
5 mbs is not enogh space specially for pictures.
I guess better to send it through courier and wrote on the envelope that its an additional required documents....

We are just thinking positive, praying and are bringing a ton of pictures, financial support documents, gifts, communications (250 pages of Facebook chat), phone logs. I actually have 4 binders prepared for the visa office

I'm a April applicant as well. Trying to sponsored my wife. Ever since our status changing to in process on September 5th, 2015 we haven't news after. Don't give up hope my friend we will soon get DM.
