It says:
We received your application to sponsor ___ on April 13, 2015.
We started processing your application on May 5, 2015.
We sent you correspondence on June 5, 2015 about the decision on your application.

But we still haven't received any email or mail. The address is correct. I don't think postal would take such a long time...

My also same boat like you. My application date also 13april , and me too did not received any from them, you just call on cic , they will conform you, about you SA, keep positive ,

Same boat as well, what I did was just call CIC to confirm my SA. Been week haven't receive any email or letter. I also echo Waiting for my turn and would just call CIC and explain you haven't receive no response if they can let you know about your SA.

I sent my spouse application on 13 April ,2015.My spouse lives in Pakistan.
I received letter from CIC on 17 June, 2015 that received my spouse application on i am eligible to sponsor my spouse, and they send my all documents to London Visa Office for further processing.

I will keep update my CIC correspondence , please you guys do the same.

I am having the same problem I saw that they sent a correspondent on May 29 but i haven't received it....I called cic and they said they could not tell me what the the letter said and I hve to wait until june 26 for them to send out another one....can I call bk and they tell me what the letter says???

It depends on who pick up the phone.
But most likely yes, they can tell you what was the decision made.
Also, i called them for the same reason and the officer put a request on system to send me an email concerning the decision.

newbie here.

Family class for dependant child outside of Canada.

My son was born outside of Canada, and both my wife and I are PR. My son is currently staying with us in Canada with a visitor visa.

Submitted my application for my dependant son on April 1st.

AOR Received on April 30th.

No further update.

Checked online status - application received

BTW, I got a $490 refund from CIC on June 6th. I'm so confused and a bit worried. Anyone knows the reason?

I'm in the same boat. I check my status today and all it says is decision made, when I click on it, I got We sent you correspondence on June 12, 2015 about the decision on your application. I don't know how to take this as good news or bad news.

i m in d same boat... it says same thing for my husband's file... so did actually receive any email or mail from them??
